Crest Reels is a mobile short-form video app for browsing and watching vertical reels. It may include in-app advertising, promotions, recommendation features, and optional reward mechanics.
Feed composition, unlock rules, recommendation logic, campaigns, and reward terms may change, pause, or end at any time without prior notice or compensation.

While using Crest Reels you may not:
https://ebyz.crestreels.com or partner systemsReels, trailers, artwork, trademarks, software, and other materials belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream for personal, non-commercial entertainment. No ownership in any title transfers to you.
The Application may integrate advertising, analytics, attribution, and payment partners, each under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices outside our reasonable control.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including processing via https://ebyz.crestreels.com. By using Crest Reels you acknowledge you have reviewed that document.
Coins, tickets, unlock tokens, and similar virtual goods have no cash value outside features expressly offered in the Application and are licensed, not sold. In-app purchases are processed by the applicable app store under that store’s refund rules. Virtual items may be rebalanced or removed during ordinary service tuning.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, undermined fair use of the feed, or created risk for users or the platform. You may stop anytime by uninstalling. IP, disclaimer, liability, and indemnity clauses survive termination.
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free playback to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Rewards and withdrawals are not wages or guaranteed income. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
Feed content may be added or removed without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crest Reels, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Application, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, labor disputes, government action, network failures, cyberattacks, or content-delivery disruptions.
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections where you live. Before formal proceedings, contact truonglimavehoa@gmail.com to attempt a good-faith resolution. Non-waivable consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.
These Terms may be updated as the service or law changes. Material revisions may be announced in-app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
